Our Story

In late 2020, during the pandemic, our founder Ravihari began making soap in small batches with simple ingredients she already had at home. She shared her creations with neighbours and friends, whose love for the soaps and requests for personalised blends inspired her to keep learning and experimenting.


As the world reopened, her pandemic hobby grew into something more. With creativity and determination, Ravihari transformed that humble beginning into Mineral Earth, a natural skincare brand rooted in craftsmanship, care, and intention.

Our vision is to build a supportive, self-sustaining community where women can move beyond social stigma and cultural barriers. By creating meaningful opportunities for local women to learn, earn, and grow, we help them gain independence and shape their futures on their own terms.

We believe empowerment passes from one generation to the next. When mothers are given the opportunity to thrive, they become powerful role models for their daughters, inspiring them to dream bigger and reach their full potential.

Each Cottage Soap is wrapped in a one-of-a-kind patchwork pouch, created from carefully selected fabrics sourced from the vibrant Pamunuwa Market and lovingly stitched by a home-based mother-daughter sewing duo. This zero-waste initiative helps preserve traditional craftsmanship while creating meaningful opportunities for local families.
