1. Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our handmade soaps, we are unable to accept returns once the products have been opened or used. However, if you have received a product that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately by whatsapp at 077-998-7011. To help us resolve the issue promptly, we ask that you provide:
- A clear photo of the damaged/defective item(s)
- A description of the issue
- Your invoice/order number
Once we receive this information, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
3. Refunds
Refunds are available only for products that are damaged or defective. If your request meets these criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item or approving the issue.
Please note:
Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. If you are unsatisfied with a product you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days, and we will be happy to discuss possible solutions.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning damaged or incorrect items will be covered by Mineral Earth. For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
